We welcome the involvement of parents in their children’s education and encourage them to be partners on the journey through Fair Oak Junior School.
Parents in Partnership (P.I.P.s) is an informal group that meet regularly with the Headteacher to discuss aspects of school life, new initiatives and/or concerns.
A group of parents meet every half term to discuss concerns and issues raised by them. All parents are invited to attend. Meetings are informal and informative. We hope you will come along as your ideas and views are important to the life of the school.
The Parent Staff Association is a strength of the school and has done much to enhance the learning opportunities for the pupils. It has raised funds for new library equipment, ICT provision, sports equipment, music facilities and playground development and its members organise many special events such as the Summer Extravaganza, the Christmas Fayre and contributions for the Harvest celebration.
