The Empowerment Approach - Parents' Information Evening
Join us on Wednesday 26th November from 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm in the Fair Oak Junior School Hall for an engaging and informative evening all about The Empowerment Approach — a supportive framework that helps children understand and manage their behaviour in positive, constructive ways. During the session, you’ll discover how this approach supports children’s learning and wellbeing, and explore practical strategies you can use at home to promote calm, connection, and confidence. We’re delighted to be joined online by Kit Messenger, ex-headteacher, author, and co-creator of The Empowerment Approach, who will share valuable insights and answer your questions.
