2020/21 Flu programme

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Your child’s annual flu vaccination is now due

This vaccination programme is in place to help protect your child against flu. Flu can be an unpleasant illness and sometimes causes serious complications. Vaccinating your child will also help protect more vulnerable friends and family by preventing the spread of flu.

The unique code for your child’s school is SH115997 Submit your form by 02/11/20 to ensure your child receives their vaccination. If you experience any problems accessing the form, telephone 02380 475221 and the team will be happy to help.

The vaccination is free and recommended for young children every year, and will be given by a quick and simple spray up the nose.

Last year, within Hampshire around 75-80% of school aged children in Reception to Year 6 received the nasal flu vaccination.
