Following the letter, you received on Friday regarding Bikeability, here is the online form that you need to complete if you would like your child to take part. The form needs to be completed by Monday 11^th January 2020  https://forms.gle/z2na9iN6dCVaj5Qg9  

All online payments for Bikeability/ Stubbington need to be made via Scopay. Cash and cheques are also acceptable - however, please make sure it is in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with your child’s name, class, amount enclosed and what you are paying for.

Dear Parents/Guardians of all the children attending our Autumn Term Fair Oak Junior After School Clubs,

Thank you for your support and I trust your Child/Children have enjoyed themselves when attending our Autumn Term After School Club(s).

I am delighted to confirm they have been Auto Enrolled, securing their place(s), on the same Club(s) for our Spring Term 2021 After School Club Programme, which is identical to our Autumn Term offering and please see the attached leaflet with the same 8 Clubs, costs and dates. Places are currently available for all of our After School Clubs and your child/children may wish to invite their Year Group School Friends to join them and us from January 2021 😊.

On the basis they wish to continue, all you need to do is kindly arrange to make online payment to ICON Sports Coaching Ltd Bank Account 22595228, Sort Code 522118 or via Child Care Voucher Payment (if making Child Care Voucher Payment we remain registered as MLT In The Community). 25% Sibling Discount Available.

Example Ref:-    FOJS5/A Example        Please Quote Ref FOJS and include Club Number(s) & Pupil Name(s).

If they no longer wish to attend, please email: info@iconsportscoaching.co.uk to let us know “You “no longer wish to continue to attend the same After School Club(s) OR “You” wish to make amendments for the Spring Term. Please include any change to Contact Details or Medical Conditions, which will allow our Registers to be amended.,

Places are still available to join our Christmas Holiday Camp at Wyvern College where we will be running from
9am – 1pm/4pm/5pm on Monday 21^st, Tuesday 22^nd, Wednesday 23^rd and 9am – 1pm on Thursday 24^th December “Christmas Eve”.

Dear Parents/Guardians of all the Year 3, 4 & 5 children attending Fair Oak Junior School,

We are delighted to confirm, limited places are currently available for our Year 3, 4 & 5 After School Clubs, which will return from Tuesday 5^th January 2021 at Fair Oak Junior School.

Please see the attached leaflet for all the details on how to Book Online to avoid disappointment don’t delay, should your Child/Children wish to attend in the Spring Term, which is on a 1^st Come 1^st Served basis with a maximum of 15 places available per After School Club.
