Dear Fair Oak Family,
News for all pupils
Help is at hand for families struggling with the utility bills
If you are having difficulties with the cost of energy bills, you may be eligible for a FREE fuel voucher from Citizens Advice to help pay for your utilities.
For more details and to find local branch contact details visit the Citizens Advice website: https://citahants.org
When reporting an absence on the school answer machine, we would be grateful if you can be specific about the reason – unfortunately, as we ease out of all of the Covid restrictions, we still have to complete accurate school records and Government returns with regards to the type of illness, be it coughs, colds,. Your ongoing support is much appreciated.
If your child would like to cycle to school, please see the attached letter which explains how to go about obtaining a cycle permit. No child should be cycling to school without a cycle permit. Thank you for helping us to keep your children safe.
Mr Stredwick gets asked lots of questions at this time of year about how our sports teams are selected and used, so we hope the attached note will help to answer any questions you may have.
Mrs Roper our Family Support Worker, is running a workshop to support families when dealing with challenging behaviour. Please see the attached leaflet to find out how to book a place at the workshop.
