Dear Parents/Carers,

I am pleased to be able to offer your child the opportunity to take part in a school trip to Little Canada on the Isle of Wight from Monday 13^th June 2022 to Friday 17^th June 2022

The trip will be led by Mr Anderson and organised through PGL Travel Ltd.

What’s it all about?

It’s about having fun while taking part in all sorts of adventurous activities designed to help your child learn and develop new skills and really shine as an individual and also as part of a team. 

For many children this may be their first experience of staying away from home without you. PGL staff and I will be on hand throughout to encourage, reassure and help, so that your child returns home even more confident and independent with a real sense of achievement.

We have chosen to book with PGL because not only do they offer excellent value but they also have a reassuring 60 years of experience organising trips for schools. Their extremely high standards ensure that your child will be in safe hands at all times.

What does it cost?

The cost per person is £435, which can be paid in instalments prior to the trip. 

Deposit to secure a place by 25^th June 2021: £50 (this is non-refundable)

You will then be able to pay in instalments until March 15^th 2022. You may as much or as little as you like throughout the months leading up to this date; but full payment must be made by the end of March 2022.

The cost includes:

• Return coach travel from school to the centre and back.
• Passage on the Isle of Wight ferry
• A full daily programme of adventure activities
• Fun evening entertainment
• All meals and accommodation
• Full comprehensive travel insurance (details available on request)

There are no extras, however if you wish, you can provide a small amount of pocket money for your child to spend in the gift shop. We recommend no more than £10 for the week.

What do I need to do next?

If you would like your child to go on the trip, please complete and return the form below, together with an initial deposit of £50 by June 25^th 2021 Further payments will be required on the dates listed above.  Please note that once deposits have been paid to PGL they are not refundable and terms and conditions will apply.
