In the light of the weather forecast for the rest of this week, we just wanted to share with you a site map showing which areas of the site will be salted and, therefore, safe to use.
The path adjacent to the road along the side of the school (not the path immediately alongside Year 3) and the path from the main gate down past the hall and to the office door will all be gritted. Children should not go round to the upper school playground area (access will be blocked) but instead enter the school via the main office door.
In the unlikely event that we will need to close the school because of bad weather we will notify you by parentmail; we will update the website and we will use the local radio stations to make announcements.
